Step 1:

• • Log into your Cheer Comp Genie account or Create an Account for your Organization if you do not have one.

• • Only one Account per Organization, you will be able to create teams of  any type and enter any type of  competition from your one Account

• • This is a permanent account you can use year after year. Enter information ONCE, use FOREVER!

Step 2:

• • Log in to either manually enter your Athletes & Staff or you can upload your Rosters.

• • Be sure to enter all the pertinent information for each Athlete (Full Name; Birthdate; Shirt Size; Parent Email; USASF ID (if applicable)

• • You can enter an unlimited number of Athletes into your permanent records without charge

• • ALL OF YOUR ATHLETES MUST BE ENTERED BEFORE YOU REGISTER FOR OUR COMPETITIONS

• • It makes the rest of your registration a SNAP!

• • After competition registration begins, you will not be able to change any birthdate without contacting us

• • The system will automatically calculate Athletes’ ages for each Event

• • To take full advantage of the system, also enter a parent email address for each Athlete

• • Then you can automatically send them an email asking them to:

  • • Complete contact details for their Athlete

  • • Fill-out and submit their Medical Release online

  • • Enter your Staff, including all Directors, Coaches, and  Choreographers who may be attending one of our Events

Step 3:

• • Register for Events!

• • Through your Account:

  • • Select an Event

  • • Create Teams & Select their Divisions

  • • Sign up for any Individual competitions

  • • Print your Invoice (a concise summary of all your registration, fees, and payments)

• • Pay Online through our PayPal Merchant Account (you do not need to have an account) or by Mail

• • You can view:

  • • An automatically created packet of your complete registration

  • • Rosters for each Team

  • • Automatically-created lists of Crossovers, missing Releases, and any unregistered Teams or Athletes

  • • An Event registration record and personal Schedule for each Athlete & Staff member
